In this next photo, you can see the wet area in front of where the gate ends up, clear indication of drainage problems. In the after picture you see the results from a proper French Drain installation, the wetness stops as soon as the french drain begins, and does not continue past the drainage zone. (We did the fence in this picture as well, which is when we noticed this client had a bit of a drainage issue! We knew just what to do and, well the picture speaks for itself!)
